Neal A. Weber, CPA, Partner

Neal is the Market Leader of CB&H’s Washington practice. In that role, he serves as CB&H’s local market leader, working closely with the Firm’s industry and service groups to ensure that CB&H’s professionals consistently deliver superior service to growing businesses and organizations in the region.

Neal also serves as a Tax Partner, advising clients on federal tax matters, serving large-scale public and private companies in the financial services, technology, retail, and real estate sectors. In addition, he often provides support to client engagements throughout the Firm with his expertise in compensation and benefits matters.

Prior to joining CB&H, Neal spent seven years as a managing director-in-charge of tax for a national accounting firm. He also spent 14 years as a tax partner with a Big 4 firm where he led two regional practices. Neal is an author and guest speaker on pressing tax topics affecting a range of industries and individuals.

Neal earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA).
