With more than 25 years of experience, Steve has prepared and evaluated numerous financial accounting, insurance claim and economic analyses, business valuations, fairness opinions, solvency analyses and internal control reviews. In addition, he has assessed regulatory compliance, and investigated matters on employee dishonesty and white collar fraud. A sought-after expert witness, Steve has testified at trial, arbitration and at deposition in matters related to accounting, economic damages, fraud investigation and business valuation.
Steve began his career as a staff accountant at a Big Four firm where he performed financial and operational audits of Fortune 500 companies. He has since served executive and practice leadership positions at top-tier forensic litigation and valuation service practices. Most recently, Steve spent five years as executive director at a leading forensic and transaction advisory services firm.
