Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under the PTO policy, eligible associates accumulate a specific amount of time each month which depends on your position and years of service which accrues to 20-27 days per year. This time can be used for family or personal vacations, illness, personal business or emergencies.
Cherry Bekaert associates enjoy 8 paid holidays which include, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Cherry Bekaert full-time associates have the choice of two Open Access Plus plans administered by a major health insurance carrier, including one high-deductible health plan with firm-provided “seed money.” Both plans offer members the option to see any licensed physician chosen within or outside of the Open Access Plus network. Emergency access is covered 24 hours a day, no matter where the member receives it.
The Firm offers its associates the choice of two Dental plans through a national dental carrier.
Cherry Bekaert offers its associates a Vision plan through a national vision carrier.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Flexible Spending Accounts provide a way to help you pay for certain health care or dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollars. Because this benefit uses pre-tax dollars, a Flexible Spending Account is a great way for you to save money on your healthcare and dependent care costs, as well as increase your take home pay!
In order to help with the demands of the birth or adoption of a child, Cherry Bekaert offers paid leave varying between 3-7 weeks based on years of service for the new Mom and 8 days for the new Dad.
The Firm offers a 401(k) plan to help all associates save for retirement by means of tax-deferred contributions into a retirement fund. Cherry Bekaert also provides an employer-matching contribution.
Cherry Bekaert provides group term life coverage of $50,000 to its eligible associates at no charge. The Firm also provides life insurance coverage for your spouse and eligible children, and the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance coverage for you and your eligible family members.
Long Term Disability
The Firm provides Long-Term Disability coverage to all eligible Associates. Cherry Bekaert pays the full cost of this coverage.
Short Term Disability
Cherry Bekaert offers two plans from which to choose to provide a benefit to replace a portion of lost earnings due to illness or an accident.
