Step 2: Discussion with a Recruiter

Based on a review of your Personal Profile and resume, you may be contacted by a recruiter to discuss your experience and the position for which you applied.

Step 3: Office Interview

Based on our initial discussions, you may be invited to meet in person with other associates at the firm.  This is your opportunity to discuss your experience and skills in depth.  You may also learn more about our firm and culture as you get to know our team.  We encourage you to ask the questions that you need to make your decision such as job requirements, expectations, career advancement, etc.  After the office interview, we will determine if an offer will be extended to you.

Step 4 Hired!

When you accept our offer, your recruiter will help you to coordinate your start date and initiate your on-boarding process to ensure that you have an ELITE experience.
