Discussed in Cherry Bekaert Benefits Consulting’s (“CBBC”) newest Health & Benefits Update, “Changes Coming to SBCs” , the Departments of Health & Human Services, Labor and Treasury has proposed numerous changes to the health plan Summary of Benefits and Coverage and Uniform Glossary of Terms.
