A recent example of CB&H's innovation is RADAR™
– Fraud and Internal Control Risk Assessment, Detection
And Reduction – a suite of services, based on best practices
sparked by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act RADAR™ detects, examines
and evaluates organizational risk and internal controls so
as to align governments, not-for-profits, and other non-public
entities with current business models. The first service,
RADAR™ Detection: Enterprise Risk Evaluation
utilizes the RADAR™ Internal Control Matrix
to categorize and prioritize each possible audit
area posing the greatest risk to the government entity. The
second service, RADAR™ Prevention: Internal
Controls, examines existing internal controls for
possible areas of malfunction in the processes. The result
provides management with a systematic process to demonstrate
