RECon Profile: J. Bradley Campbell

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant with more then 30 years of experience providing tax-related services to large and midsize companies and their executives. Recently named as the Director of CB&H’s Real Estate & Construction Industry Group, Brad is responsible for insuring quality service delivery to all of the Firm’s real estate and constructions clients, and for managing the RECon Group’s quality assurance, training and marketing.

Brad also serves as the Partner-in-Charge of CB&H’s South Carolina Upstate practice. He has extensive experience in serving commercial, residential, resort and timeshare developers, construction contractors, and amenity and property managers. He also consults on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, workouts and reorganizations.

Prior to joining Cherry, Bekaert & Holland in 2003, Brad was a tax partner with a national firm, where he served as the managing partner of the South Carolina practice and, prior to that, as partner-in-charge of the South Carolina tax practice. He was also a member of the national real estate industry group at his prior firm.

Brad received his Master of Accounting (Tax) degree from the University of South Carolina and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).
