This team routinely undertakes financial and tax diligence assignments designed to identify value propositions in business combinations while minimizing the risk and exposure our clients face in these transactions. Our approach emphasizes proactive communication, responsiveness and high levels of partner participation throughout the entire transaction life cycle.
Our team is comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Many of these team members have prior Big 4 CPA firm experience which enhances our overall depth of talent and knowledge. Our process is focused on early identification of critical issues, understanding key risk factors and maximizing transaction values and opportunities for our clients.
The CB&H Transaction Advisory Services team has successfully undertaken both domestic and cross-border transactions with transaction values of less than $10 million up to $300 million. These transactions have covered industry segments such as manufacturing and distribution, financial services, transportation and logistics, professional and IT services, healthcare and life sciences, government contractors, entertainment and technology.
