Choose from three Open Access Plus medical plans administered by CIGNA. All three allow you to choose your own licensed physician, without a referral, within or outside the Open Access Plus network, although non-network fees will cost you more. Emergency treatment is covered 24/7/365, no matter where treatment is received.
Prescription Drug Program
Included in the cost of Medical Insurance and allows participants to purchase prescription drugs at participating pharmacies or mail order.
In-network, covered-in-full benefits (after applicable copay) include a comprehensive exam, eye glasses or contact lenses in lieu of eye glasses.
The dental plan covers services ranging from diagnostic and preventive care to orthodontia treatment.

In order to help with the demands of the birth or adoption of a child, Cherry Bekaert offers paid leave varying between 3-7 weeks based on years of service for the new Mom and 8 days for the new Dad.

9 paid holidays which include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and a firm designated holiday each year.
Paid Time Off (PTO)

The Firm also provides life insurance coverage for your spouse and eligible children, and the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance coverage for you and your eligible family members.
Long Term Disability
The Firm provides Long-Term Disability coverage to all eligible associates. Cherry Bekaert pays the full cost of this coverage.
Short Term Disability
Cherry Bekaert offers two plans from which to choose to provide a benefit to replace a portion of lost earnings due to illness or an accident.
