Melisa Galasso and Jonathan Kraftchick Receive NCACPA Awards

Cherry Bekaert (“the Firm”) congratulates Melisa Galasso, CPA, and Jonathan Kraftchick, CPA, for being selected as two of 31 recipients of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants’ (“NCACPA”) 5.0 Speaker Award for 2016-2017. Both are past winners of this prestigious award.
The 5.0 Speaker Award is part of the NCACPA’s annual Discussion Leader awards, which recognizes individuals for their outstanding contributions to the accounting profession and community. Other awards include the Outstanding Conference Speaker Award, the Outstanding Seminar Speaker Award, the Don Farmer Award, the Outstanding Professional Speaker Award, and the Terry R. Alexander New Speaker Award. Recipients will be honored at a special dinner on Thursday, May 4, at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Melisa is an Audit Professional Practices Senior Manager based in the Firm’s Charlotte office, and Jonathan is the Director of Training in the Firm’s Audit Professional Practices based in the Firm’s Raleigh office.
