Nominations Open for South Carolina Roaring Twenties Program

Together with SC Biz News, nationally recognized public accounting firm Cherry Bekaert LLP (“the Firm”) is proud to once again sponsor the annual Roaring Twenties program, which honors the fastest growing companies in South Carolina.
Similar to the Firm’s North Carolina Mid-Market FAST 40 program, the Roaring Twenties recognizes the top 20 small and middle-market South Carolina businesses that have contributed to the state’s economic growth. Selected companies will be divided into “Small” ($10 million and under) and “Large” (over $10 million) categories, and ranked according to their revenue growth over a one-year period. Dollar and percentage increases will be considered in the rankings.
Eligible companies must meet the following criteria:
- Have a physical presence in South Carolina;
- Be a commercial enterprise or a nonprofit (except for government entities and charitable organizations); and
- Have annual gross revenue of at least $500,000 for each of the fiscal years ending 2013, 2014 and 2015.
Nominations are now open and will be accepted until April 22, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. Self-nominations are encouraged. Cherry Bekaert will verify each company’s nomination and keep all financial information confidential. If selected, companies will be contacted August 15-19, 2016, and honored at the Roaring Twenties event on October 12, 2016.
