Ryan Koppe Joins Cherry Bekaert’s Expanding Transaction Advisory Services Practice

Continuing the expansion of its Transaction Advisory Services practice, Cherry Bekaert LLP (“the Firm”) is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Koppe as a Senior Manager.

Koppe will guide Cherry Bekaert’s clients in all aspects of due diligence involving merger and acquisition transactions. He will also assist in various post-merger integration activities, such as opening balance sheet preparation and purchase price allocations for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, real estate, construction, technology and life sciences industries.

With more than 12 years of public accounting and transaction advisory experience, Koppe has undertaken buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements concentrated on quality of earnings, quality of assets and working capital analysis. He has participated in transactions with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $120 million.

Koppe earned his Bachelor of Science and Masters of Accounting at Florida State University. Maintaining ties with his alma mater, he is also a member of the Florida State University Professional Advisory Board. Additionally, Koppe is active in professional organizations such as the Middle Market Investment Banking Association, Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors, American Institute of Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Within community circles, Koppe was previously a treasurer for the Association for Corporate Growth Orlando, and executive board member and fiscal compliance officer for the Orlando division of the American Cancer Society.
