Cherry Bekaert’s PPP Loan Assistance and Employee Retention Credit (“ERC”) teams will discuss secrets, tips, and tricks that they have learned during their work the past year with the CARES Act and subsequent stimulus legislation as a result of COVID. The PPP team will discuss experiences from the client’s and bank’s perspectives, as well as the audit process for all PPP loans. The ERC team will provide insights on how they are coordinating with payroll providers and new insights learned from our assistance with our clients.
