Cherry Bekaert Receives Accolades at the 11th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards

Cherry Bekaert (“the Firm”), is proud to be the recipient of two awards at the 11th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards Gala on October 24, 2019, at the Metropolitan Club of New York. The Firm won two transactions: USA Accounting & M&A Tax Firm of the Year, and USA Recapitalization Deal of the Year; ExactaLand Surveyors recapitalization by Summit Park (transaction nominated by Edgepoint).
