David White Joins as Managing Director in Healthcare Deal Advisory

Cherry Bekaert (“the Firm”) is pleased to welcome David White as a Managing Director to the Firm’s Healthcare Deal Advisory practice.
With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, David has advised strategic and private equity investors on the buy-side and sell-side of transactions in multiple healthcare industry subsectors, including hospital, physician practice, ambulatory surgery, specialty pharma, dental services, and managed care payor organizations. David’s experience in healthcare transactions is a key asset to the Firm, which not only expands the depth our bench in the industry, but also furthers the growth of our footprint in Nashville and the Southeast region more broadly.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, David worked in the healthcare transaction advisory services group of a Big Four accounting firm, and prior to that he owned his own financial advisory practice, specializing in capital advisory and transaction diligence services to closely held businesses and their ownership groups in the U.S. and Latin America. David is also fluent in Spanish.
