Kyle Nevins Joins as Director in Tax Advisory Services

Cherry Bekaert (the “Firm”) is pleased to welcome Kyle Nevins as a Director in the Firm’s Transaction Tax practice.
For over a decade, Kyle has served private equity firms and public and privately held companies, assisting on domestic and cross-border transactions across a wide range of industries. Kyle’s experience focuses on conducting buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, advising on tax structuring matters, and modeling tax aspects of transactions.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Kyle worked in M&A tax at a Big Four firm in New York. Before his time in M&A, Kyle provided various tax consulting services, including corporate and partnership tax return compliance, ASC 740 income tax provision support, and assistance with other U.S. federal and state tax matters.
