Firm Earns Three M&A Atlas Award Trophies for Transaction Advisory Work

Cherry Bekaert (the Firm) is pleased to announce it has been recognized by Global M&A Network with multiple industry awards, including the 2022 Due Diligence and Valuation Firm of the Year award, at the 14th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards celebrations. Award winners were announced at Global M&A Network’s Annual Gala Ceremony held at The Metropolitan Club in New York City on January 19, 2023.
In addition to the Due Diligence and Valuation Firm of the Year award – which Cherry Bekaert also received in 2021 – Cherry Bekaert was also recognized with the 2022 Media Deal of the Year Award for its work on AmatoMartin Partner’s acquisition of Clipper Magazine.
Additionally, Drew Hinnant, Senior Manager, was named a 2022 Rising Star, an award which “honors the achievements of outstanding young dealmakers from the American investing, lending, restructuring, and M&A communities.”
