Global M&A Network: Growth & Deals Annual Intelligence Forum

The Global M&A Network's annual Growth & Deals Intelligence Forum brings together private equity fund managers, investment banking professionals and other service providers for a one-day conference to discuss various topics affecting the M&A sector. Erin Davis, Director in Cherry Bekaert's Valuation practice, will take part in a panel discussion titled "Private Credit: Evolving Deal Structures".

In addition to her panel involvement, Erin will also be presented with the Global M&A Network’s America’s Women Leaders & Dealmakers Award. The award honors highly admired, talented and brilliant women leaders and dealmakers from corporate, private equity, venture capital, investment banks, legal, and restructuring transactional communities.
