Private Equity Strategic: “Where’s the Growth”
The Global M&A Network‘s annual Growth & Deals Intelligence Forum brings together private equity fund managers, investment banking professionals and other service providers for a one-day conference to discuss various topics affecting the M&A sector. Kyle Nevins, Partner in Cherry Bekaert’s Transaction Tax practice, will moderate a panel discussion titled “Strategic: Where’s the Growth,” exploring how companies are evaluating their approach to dealmaking considering competitive pressures, rising interest rates and increased regulatory scrutiny.
In addition to his panel involvement, Kyle will also be honored with the 2024 Americas Rising Star Dealmaker Award, presented by the Global M&A Network. The award recognizes the achievements of young dealmakers in the private equity, M&A and restructuring industries, and validates their enthusiasm and leadership ability. Kyle and other winners will be honored at a ceremony held on January 30, 2024, in New York City.
