Understanding and Remaining Under the SBA’s 8(a) Economic Disadvantage Thresholds

We will discuss important tax and compliance considerations as an 8(a) owner and how to manage the economic limitations established by SBA to be in good standing within the program. We will walk through calculating and managing size standards, net worth, distribution and income limitations and tax planning considerations.
