A $100-million professional services firm contained a commercial and a federal division with distinctive selling and proposal methods.  The federal division did not have an estimating system implemented, which was adequate for Federal proposals.

Cherry Bekaert assisted the company’s federal division with defining, implementing and monitoring processes for preparing government proposals, pricing models and compliance programs for contracts.


Initially, our Firm provided most of the outsourced contract administrative support. Additionally, we provided training to teach the company’s staff the new process and estimating methodologies. Cherry Bekaert continues to provide expertise and resources on complex matters as they arise.
