Join the Greater Washington Society of CPAs on Thursday, March 25, for the Nonprofit Finance & Accounting Academy. This event is a focused, one‑day program designed for professionals new to the nonprofit sector or looking to strengthen their knowledge of nonprofit accounting, reporting and compliance. Attendees from both firms and nonprofit organizations will explore core topics such as revenue recognition, financial reporting, auditing and tax issues. The event includes eight CPE credits and built‑in networking during lunch, breaks and a closing reception. Attendance is expected to be around 100 participants.
