Cherry Bekaert Celebrates Growth with Promotion of Nine New Partners

Cherry Bekaert (the Firm) extends our congratulations to the following professionals on their promotions to Partner, effective January 1, 2024: Ryan Delaney; Chad Gahm, CPA; Heath Glidewell, CPA; Jessica Helms, CPA; Chris Jenkins, CPA; Greg Kellar, CPA; Kyle Nevins, CPA; Grant Palmer, CPA; and Denise Lippuner, CPA, CGFM, CRMP-FED.

Ryan Delaney is based in the Firm’s Tysons office. He is responsible for developing client/candidate relationships, coordinating candidate search efforts and developing marketing strategies. Well-versed in all phases of the recruiting process, Ryan has conducted candidate searches for clients across several industries.
Chad Gahm, CPA, has nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting industry, in both public and private accounting. He works in a variety of industries, with a current focus in manufacturing and real estate. Chad is located in our Louisville office.
Heath Glidewell, CPA, is located in our Raleigh office. He assists clients across various industries with financial reporting, SEC and regulatory filings, and complex accounting and audit issues. Heath’s client base includes life science companies, technology companies and manufacturing companies.
Jessica Helms, CPA, is actively involved in the development of the Firm’s Assurance technical resources, methodology, and quality control. She has extensive experience with complex accounting and audit issues and SEC reporting. Jessica is based in the Firm’s Atlanta office.
Chris Jenkins, CPA, is located in our Greenville office. He serves industrial manufacturers, distributors, and commercial service companies through assurance and consulting services. His expertise extends to working with privately-held companies with U.S. and international operations on their financial reporting, revenue recognition, accounting process, and mergers and acquisition needs.
Greg Kellar, CPA, provides tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of clients, including mid-sized businesses, professional services, and real estate & construction industries. Skillfully leveraging his experience and knowledge in tax matters, he helps clients successfully navigate the complex tax environment, plan for their future, and improve their bottom line. Greg is based in the Firm’s Charlotte office.
Kyle Nevins, CPA, is located in the Firm’s Charlotte office. He serves private equity firms and public and privately held companies, assisting with domestic and cross-border transactions across various industries. Kyle’s experience focuses on conducting buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, advising on tax structuring matters, and modeling tax aspects of transactions.
Denise Lippuner, CPA, CGFM, CRMP-FED is located in the Firm’s Tysons office. She assists organizations with developing and implementing internal control, risk management and grant management programs. Additionally, Denise assists agencies with audit readiness and remediation activities, with a focus on improving financial and operational processes.
Grant Palmer, CPA, has over 25 years of professional experience managing corporate finance teams at rapidly growing companies in the healthcare, information services and professional services industries. He has also successfully executed numerous accounting and budget system technology migrations to support these high-growth companies. Grant’s current focus is on the ORS-Resources business and he is based in the Firm’s Tysons office.
