As Chief Transformation Officer at Cherry Bekaert, Tara drives Firm-wide initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, technology and AI. She works across service lines and departments to enhance service delivery through centralized functions and standardized tools.
Tara also oversees the operations and growth of the Firm’s Global Support Services (GSS) teams in Chennai and Hyderabad, India. Based in Raleigh, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and brings a strong background in audit, compliance and operational efficiency, with a focus on change management and innovation.
