Cherry Bekaert Enhances its Microsoft Practice with Verdocs Alliance

Cherry Bekaert (the Firm) is pleased to announce it is enhancing the capabilities of its Microsoft practice by partnering with Verdocs to offer next-generation eSignature solutions and user experiences seamlessly integrated with the Microsoft Cloud.
Verdocs, available in Microsoft’s AppSource and Teams App Store, is a developer-friendly electronic signature solution that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Built on modern technology, Verdocs uniquely allows companies to quickly build custom applications and business process automations requiring eSignature in the Microsoft cloud.
“Our relationship with Verdocs represents a key milestone in the world of electronic signatures, in that we are doing away with siloes and giving users an integrated experience that allows them to sign documents on any browser or mobile device. Pierce Alizadeh, Verdocs CEO, said the relationship with Cherry Bekaert will help drive eSignature consumption via repeatable, industry-specific eSignature solutions. “This next phase of our relationship taps into Cherry Bekaert’s industry expertise and scale,” Alizadeh said. “We started with a consulting engagement in which their Microsoft specialists helped us with product development and getting our products launched on the Microsoft Cloud. I’m happy we’re expanding our relationship.”

Regimbal added he is optimistic about the artificial intelligence use case opportunities through the new eSignature workflows by Verdocs, and is also exploring relationships with remote online notarization companies, saying that, “remote online notarization is transforming industries, reducing the cost to serve, and improving end customer experiences.”
