Geoff Tirone Joins Cherry Bekaert’s Atlanta Practice

Fast-growing and nationally acclaimed public accounting firm Cherry Bekaert LLP (“the Firm”) welcomes Geoff Tirone, CPA, as Transaction Advisory Services Managing Director in the Atlanta practice.
Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Tirone was a transaction managing director with a business advisory firm and held CFO positions with two private equity-owned portfolio companies. He also held transaction and audit roles at two Big Four accounting firms.
As Managing Director, Geoff provides guidance to private equity firms, senior and mezzanine lenders, and corporations undertaking merger and acquisition activities. Also a member of the Firm’s Private Equity (“PE”) Services group, Geoff has advised and worked with a variety of PE funds across the United States.

Geoff’s transaction experience covers numerous industries including the manufacturing, software, financial services, healthcare and service sectors. His industry background from prior executive finance roles benefits his clients by providing a practical knowledge of acquisition analysis, planning and integration; recapitalizations; attracting growth capital from private equity and strategic parties; and developing operational efficiencies for growing companies.
